Federal state control is becoming increasingly difficult as the world becomes more complex. The workshop will focus on options for better cross-thematic coordination between local and regional authorities in the sense of a true state reform. In particular, it will focus on improving the processes of goal coordination, learning from each other and institutional innovation.
