WIFO development economist Klaus Friesenbichler speaks on ORF radio about the "High-Level Forum Africa-Europe".

On 18 December, the "High-Level Forum Africa-Europe" will take place in Vienna, which is organised within the Austrian EU Presidency. The event is entitled "Taking cooperation to the digital age" and provides a platform for European and African heads of state and government as well as business representatives to discuss innovation and digitisation in the context of development cooperation. Against this background, WIFO development economist and forum participant Klaus Friesenbichler was interviewed by ORF radio. In particular, the interview focused on the following questions: Is there an EU strategy on Africa? How can migration issues be addressed? With which countries is cooperation likely?
