A Draft Economic Plan for Carinthia
The geo-political and technological revolutions of the nineties constitute new challenges for a country's economic and regional policy. The article outlines an economic strategy for Carinthia allowing for the relative strengths and weaknesses of local industry and advocating a global ex-ante approach to structural adjustment.
