We will use your invoice data to create an invoice that complies with the legal requirements. The information marked with * is mandatory. If you do not provide us with this information, we cannot process your order. Data fields not marked with an asterisk (*) are voluntary.
Where necessary the data we have received from you will be passed on to our postal service to process and dispatch your order. Apart from this, we do not pass on your personal data to third parties. Your data will be stored for the statutory retention period of 7 years (§ 132 BAO).
Provided the legal requirements are met, you have the following rights according to the GDPR: the right to information, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, data portability, objection to processing. You have the right to complain to the following supervisory authority if you believe that the processing of your personal data is not lawful.
