Die vorliegende Forschungsarbeit verfolgt das Ziel, einen Überblick darüber zu geben, welche möglichen Konsequenzen aus den
"Megatrends" Technologie, Digitalisierung und Konnektivität, Globalisierung, Demografie, Gesellschaft (einschließlich Migration)
und Klima im nächsten Jahrzehnt dahingehend erwartbar sind, "wie bzw. wo" gearbeitet werden wird. In einer sequenziellen Abarbeitung
werden potenzielle Auswirkungen der Megatrends auf (ausgewählte) Branchen und Berufe aufgezeigt und hinsichtlich ihrer möglichen
Auswirkungen auf Arbeitswelt und Arbeitsmarkt unter Berücksichtigung von Aspekten wie z. B. Arbeitszeit, Arbeitsort oder Kompetenzanforderungen
analysiert.

Labour Market 2030 – Conclusions for Austria
This research paper aims to provide an overview of the possible consequences of the "megatrends" of technology, digitalisation
and connectivity, globalisation, demography, society (including migration) and climate in terms of "how and where" work will
be done in the next decade. In a sequential process, potential effects of the megatrends on (selected) industries and professions
are identified and analysed in terms of their possible impact on the world of work and the labour market, taking into account
aspects such as working hours, place of work or competence requirements.
