Sustainable Personnel Management
This research project follows the central question in which regions the Federal Ministry of Finance (BMF) could specifically recruit personnel. For this purpose, based on the economic framework conditions, an overview is given of those regions on which the BMF's recruitment strategy could concentrate with a view to the demographic framework conditions and the education behaviour of young people between the ages of 15 and 19. Additionally, the number of school leavers from academic secondary schools and from schools for intermediate vocational education and colleges for higher vocational education concentrated in business administration and economic professions who do not seek further education but plan to work and are thus potentially available to the Federal Ministry of Finance as a workforce is estimated. In addition, it is surveyed whether the Federal Ministry of Finance is perceived as a potential employer.
