New Work at the Tyrolean Public Employment Service

The present study investigates how New Work approaches are understood at the Tyrolean Public Employment Service, how the current state of organisational and work culture can be assessed against central New Work principles, and what development possibilities may emerge from this. The focus is not on the introduction of a new system, but on the reflexive further development of an already highly meaning-oriented service organisation under the conditions of a regulated public service. The central question posed and answered by the study is: "What does New Work mean for the Tyrolean Public Employment Service as an organisation and employer?"
