
Gayline Vuluku, MSc, BA
Gayline Vuluku has been working as an economist in the research group "Macroeconomics and Public Finance" at WIFO since May 2024. Her research focuses on evaluation of tax policy using both empirical and experimental methods. She holds a master's degree in economics from the University of Nairobi. She has worked for the Kenya Revenue Authority on Tax Policy Research, Tax Revenue Forecasting and Reporting since 2015. In addition, she is TADAT trained and has played a key role in supporting the national budget process through evaluation of tax policy measures and development of medium-term revenue strategy. Prior to this, Gayline Vuluku was a young professional at the Kenya Institute for Public Policy Research and Analysis where she acquired hands on experience in research and public policy analysis.
