Evaluation of the "Level Up – Adult Education" Programme for the 2024 to 2028 Programme Period

The "Level Up – Adult Education" programme is the continuation of the "Adult Education Initiative – IEB" programme, which was launched in 2012, for the period 2024 to 2028. The evaluation for 2024 to 2028 will focus on programme management and implementation, as well as the achievement of the programme's objectives; a key focus will also be on the outcomes achieved by the programme and its medium- to long-term impacts, whereby these impacts also include "counter-benefits", i.e. subjective effects at the individual level of the participants.
