Die Auswirkungen der COVID-19-Krise auf die Situation breiter Bevölkerungsgruppen und die Finanzierung der sozialen Sicherungssysteme
werden in drei Modulen analysiert: Im ersten Modul stehen die fiskalischen Konsequenzen für den Staatshaushalt auf der Einnahmen-
und Ausgabenseite im Mittelpunkt. Im zweiten Modul werden erste Auswirkungen auf die Einkommenslage der privaten Haushalte
durch die Zunahme der Arbeitslosigkeit und die Einführung der COVID-Kurzarbeit beleuchtet. Im dritten Modul werden die Auswirkungen
auf die Arbeitslosigkeit und die Kurzarbeit sowie die auf Situation von Lehrlingen und Selbständigen diskutiert.

Analysis of the social situation: Analysis and outlook in the Covid-19 pandemic
The impact of the COVID-19 crisis on the economic situation of broad sections of the population and on the financing of social
security systems will be analysed in three modules: In the first module we discuss the fiscal consequences for the general
government budgets on the revenue and expenditure side. The second module analyses the social costs for private households
due to rising unemployment and short-time work. In the third module we study the effects on unemployment, short-time work,
apprenticeship market and self-employed.
