Evaluation of the Proactive Internationalisation Strategy "go international"
Since 2003, the internationalisation strategies of Austrian companies are supported with the proactive programme "go international". As a substantial change to completed evaluations, this study takes the objective to quantify the benefits of "go international", not only in terms of the impact of individual measures, but even more so for assessing the economic impact of the programme in total. A key part of the evaluation study is the company survey that allows for new insights in the assessment of the promotion scheme by evaluating the individual measures and econometrically analysing the economic impact of "go international". The study also investigates the role "go international" plays in the Austrian policy mix.
