Office Space 2030+ in the Greater Graz Area

This project analyses the future demand for office space in the greater Graz area up to the year 2030. Against the background of the pandemic-related increase in working from home and the associated uncertainties on the office market, the influence of this development on the demand for office space is analysed. International findings on the changing use of space in the home office context are compared with regional demographic and economic trends in Graz, which is experiencing sustained population and employment growth. The aim of the study is to provide a qualitative assessment of the future demand for office space in the greater Graz area, taking into account home office trends and regional structural change.
