The aim of the second Jour fixe of the discussion series is to discuss approaches to tackle the existing problems.

ibw (Research & Development in VET), IHS (Institute for Advanced Studies), L&R (L&R Sozialforschung GmbH), öibf (Austrian Institute for Research on Vocational Training) and WIFO provide input on specific challenges and focal points:

2. (Overcomeable) difficulties of later training for women (Nadja Bergmann, L&R)

Career guidance for adults (Roland Löffler, öibf)
