The House of Industry, Schwarzenbergplatz 4, 1030 Vienna
Leading construction economists and industry experts from 19 European countries present their latest market forecasts to 2029 and explore which macroeconomic forces are moving Europe's construction sector across housing, non-residential and civil engineering – and how the industry can adapt to a shifting market landscape.

The 102nd Euroconstruct Conference takes place on 19 and 20 November 2026 in Vienna, Austria, hosted by the Austrian Institute of Economic Research (WIFO). Held under the theme "Understanding What Moves the Market," the conference presents the Winter 2026 update of European construction market forecasts to 2029, alongside macroeconomic projections covering all 19 member markets.

The programme opens on 19 November with a pre-conference networking evening for participants, speakers and Euroconstruct members. The main conference day on 20 November is held at the historic House of Industry on Schwarzenbergplatz and combines the network's standardised forecasts with expert lectures across three focus areas: housing (including the European Affordable Housing Plan and Austria's limited-profit housing model), non-residential construction (cost pressures and the future of office construction), and civil engineering (notably the outlook once NGEU funding phases out). Keynote sessions place these forecasts in a broader macroeconomic and global trade context.

As a bi-annual flagship event of the Euroconstruct network, the conference draws decision-makers, strategists and forecasters from across the construction and supply industries, finance and insurance, property development, and public bodies. It offers in-depth regional and sector expertise, practical engagement with industry leaders, valuable networking, and comprehensive documentation, with every delegate receiving the Euroconstruct Summary Report.

For those unable to travel to Vienna, the event is also streamed online.
