Da \u00f6sterreichische Industrieanlagen technologisch denen der Konkurrenten vergleichbar sind, verlagert sich der internationale Wettbewerb immer mehr auf die \u2013 dem Auftraggeber transparent scheinenden \u2013 Finanzierungskonditionen. Zunehmend wird vom Kunden die Gew\u00e4hrung von Soft Loans \u2013 Krediten zu Entwicklungshilfekonditionen \u2013 verlangt.
