Die durch die Ursprungsregelung und Grenzkontrollen bisher verursachten Kosten k\u00f6nnen auf 4% bis 5% des Warenwertes gesch\u00e4tzt werden. Auch die sich aus dem Fehlen der gesamteurop\u00e4ischen Kumulierung sowie aus dem passiven Veredelungsverkehr der EU mit Textilien f\u00fcr \u00d6sterreich ergebende Probleme w\u00fcrden beseitigt. \u00d6sterreich w\u00fcrde auch die Gemeinsame Handelspolitik der EU \u00fcbernehmen.
