Anhand einer quantitativen \u00f6konometrischen Untersuchung auf Basis detaillierter Tariflohndaten zeigt sich, dass der Prozess der Lohnfindung immer noch am besten durch die Lohnf\u00fchrerschaft des Metallersektors erkl\u00e4rt werden kann. Zudem hat sich die Lohnkoordinationsfunktion des Metallerabschlusses wohl durch eine zunehmende Konzentration von Kollektivvertragsabschl\u00fcssen, die im J\u00e4nner beginnen, verst\u00e4rkt.
