Weder von der inl\u00e4ndischen noch von der ausl\u00e4ndischen Nachfrage gingen positive Impulse aus. Obwohl dieser negative Trend alle Bundesl\u00e4nder betraf, bestanden weiterhin deutliche Unterschiede im regionalen Konjunkturverlauf, die von der regionalen Spezialisierungsmustern auf Wirtschaftsbereiche und Branchen gepr\u00e4gt waren. Das Besch\u00e4ftigungswachstum verlangsamte sich, war aber stabiler als die Produktionsentwicklung.
