Diese Projekte gewinnen als Instrument sowohl der Industriepolitik als auch der Klima-, Umwelt-, Verkehrs- und Energiepolitik zunehmend an Bedeutung. Im Zuge der Neufassung der entsprechenden EU-Mitteilung wurde in \u00d6sterreich ein breiter Stakeholder-Prozess durchgef\u00fchrt.
