Zudem \u00fcbt das F\u00f6rdersystem in \u00d6sterreich eine nachfragesteuernde Wirkung aus. Um den Wohnungsbedarf decken zu k\u00f6nnen, sollte die Wohnbauf\u00f6rderung durch neue F\u00f6rderprogramme als Lenkungsinstrument mittelfristig einen neuen Stellenwert erhalten. Dabei ist verst\u00e4rkt auf die Bereitstellung von sozialem Wohnraum zu achten. Dar\u00fcber hinaus w\u00e4ren Innovationen im Bereich der Wohninfrastruktur und im Bereich der wohnungsbezogenen Dienstleistungen anzustreben.
