Der Beitrag analysiert anhand eines interdisziplin\u00e4ren Forschungsansatzes die Einflussfaktoren und Gr\u00fcnde f\u00fcr diesen au\u00dfergew\u00f6hnlich hohen Pensionsnachteil in \u00d6sterreich, der haupts\u00e4chlich von geringen Frauenerwerbseinkommen bestimmt ist. Weiters werden die Bedeutung und die Sichtweisen des hohen Pensionsnachteils f\u00fcr die betroffenen Frauen behandelt. Das festgestellte geringe Wissen \u00fcber pensionsrechtliche M\u00f6glichkeiten engt die individuellen Handlungsm\u00f6glichkeiten von Frauen ein.
