Im Zentrum der Untersuchung stehen Ma\u00dfnahmen zur Steigerung der F&amp;E-Intensit\u00e4t, der (\u00f6ffentlichen) Ausgaben im terti\u00e4ren Bildungsbereich sowie die Umsetzung einer nachhaltigen Energiepolitik. Unter der Annahme, dass \u00d6sterreich den konstanten Aufw\u00e4rtstrend fortsetzt und in diesen drei Wettbewerbsindikatoren zu den skandinavischen L\u00e4ndern (D\u00e4nemark, Finnland und Schweden) aufschlie\u00dfen k\u00f6nnte, lassen sich m\u00f6gliche Exportpotentiale dieser unterschiedlichen Politikma\u00dfnahmen f\u00fcr den \u00f6sterreichischen Waren- und Dienstleistungshandel quantifizieren. Die empirischen Ergebnisse legen nahe, dass eine Erh\u00f6hung der Ausgaben f\u00fcr F&amp;E sowie f\u00fcr terti\u00e4re Bildung positive Exportimpulse induzieren k\u00f6nnen.
