After the dynamic development in 2016 and 2017, it is expected that building permits for multi-storey units will stagnate in 2018 at a high level and that permits for one- and two-family houses will experience another slight decrease after 2017. This trend will continue in 2019, permits for one- and two-family houses will marginally rise though.
