Mietrechtliche Inflationslinderungsgesetz (5. MILG)\", currently under consultation, is analysed from an economic perspective. The focus is on three core measures: capping indexation, increasing the minimum fixed-term duration, and a rent brake for rents subject to the \"Mietrechtsgesetz (MRG)\".
