In China, on the other hand, there is deflationary pressure due to overproduction and the ongoing property crisis. The economy is largely stable in the euro area, but remains weak in Austria. Although business sentiment has improved slightly, pessimism still prevails. In addition, the sharp rise in electricity prices is again leading to higher inflation. The labour market is affected by the recession.
