Advanced technologies for industry (ATI), including advanced materials, production, digital technologies and industrial biotechnology, supplemented by environmental technologies, are analyzed in more detail. Based on patent, trade and company data and interviews with key technology platforms, a profile of Austria's strengths and weaknesses in these technologies is drawn up.
