Firstly, literature and studies on the impact of the pandemic on the educational careers of young people are analysed in order to assess the REACT approach in Austria. A quantitative analysis describes and analyses the target group of the interventions based on participant structure, participation and financial indicators. This data is compared with the target values for the programme period. A qualitative analysis complements this by analysing the implementation conditions and challenges from the perspective of the instrument coordinators.
