Im Jahr 2003 ist wegen der weltweit gedr\u00fcckten Stimmung lediglich mit einer z\u00f6gernden Konjunkturbelebung zu rechnen. Das Wirtschaftswachstum wird in \u00d6sterreich ebenso wie im Euro-Raum voraussichtlich 1\u00be% betragen und damit unter dem mittelfristigen Trend bleiben. Die Erwartungen der Unternehmen und Verbraucher hellen sich nur langsam auf. Zu hoch sind noch die Risken auf den internationalen Finanz-, Immobilien- und Energiem\u00e4rkten.
