All measures thus analysed were found to have a positive effect on the labour force participation rate. Nevertheless, methods are not always sure to positively influence integration in the employment system: while participation in activation and qualification measures generally increases subsequent employment spells among women aged 25\u201344, older women and men hardly show any significant positive effects.
