Changes in Occupations and Sectors 2013 to 2020"},"content":{"rendered":"","protected":false},"featured_media":0,"template":"","class_list":["post-122168","publication","type-publication","status-publish","hentry"],"acf":{"subtitle":"","text":"As basis for medium-term forecasts of the future qualification demand WIFO regularily produces forecasts of the development of employment by occupations, sectors and gender. The current calculations cover the period 2013 to 2020 and offer a rich set of forecasts for 38 sectors and 59 occupations. On the level of the nine L\u00e4nder we provide estimates for 38 sectors and 27 occupations. According to the estimates, employment will grow by 1 percent p.a. with a clear trend towards higher qualifications, to services and to costumer-oriented tasks.
