This study investigates the structure and segmentation of the labour market in the Austrian state of Salzburg. Results show that inspite of an overall increase of employment, full-time employment stagnated, while part-time and atypical employment increased significantly in particular among women. Additionally, instable employment situations are typical for an increasing share of workers.
