The main components are the development of normative target corridors to assess progress in reaching the five EU 2020 headline goals, the attribution of policy measures within the NRP to a framework of economic growth, the development of a structured analysis for the policy measures, which are assessed following identical criteria, and a more thorough evaluation of selected policy measures.
