The 2010 report focuses on &quot;foreign R&amp;D and innovation activities in the EU&quot;, &quot;European competitiveness in key enabling technologies&quot;, &quot;innovation and competitiveness in the creative industries&quot;, &quot;trading in intermediary goods and its effect on value-added chains in manufacturing&quot;.
