Functional distribution, the distribution of the national income across production factors, shifted to a bias towards profits and unearned income: labour's share in the national income has fallen. Personal income distribution certainly is more equal in Upper Austria, but its dispersion and gender-specific differences in income are greater than the average of the other L\u00e4nder.
