Sie st\u00fctzt sich dazu einerseits auf zus\u00e4tzliche Daten aus der Sozialversicherung und vom AMS; zum anderen wurde eine Sonderauswertung des anonymisierten Individualdatenbestands des Hauptverbandes der \u00f6sterreichischen Sozialversicherungstr\u00e4ger (INDI-DV) sowie des Mikrozensus herangezogen. Demnach ging etwa ein Drittel des Besch\u00e4ftigungszuwachses in den Jahren 2000 bis 2004 auf institutionelle \u00c4nderungen zur\u00fcck. Zugleich stagnierte das Arbeitsvolumen in Ober\u00f6sterreich ann\u00e4hernd.
