Waren im Jahr 1955 noch 55% der Ausgaben f\u00fcr Lebensmittel an die Bauern geflossen, so schrumpfte dieser Anteil bis zum Jahr 2001 auf 22%. Zu den Gr\u00fcnden dieser Verlagerung z\u00e4hlt nicht nur der Abbau der Marktpreisst\u00fctzung als Instrument der Agrarpolitik.
