In einem von Contrast EY organisierten Workshop werden gemeinsam mit dem Bundesamt für Eich- und Vermessungswesen (BEV) unterschiedliche
methodische Ansätze zur Bestimmung des "Public Value" im Bereich der Metrologie vorgestellt. Insbesondere werden Leistungen
und Nutzen des BEV unterschiedlichen Zieldimensionen und Wirkungskanälen der Metrologie gegenübergestellt sowie Bedarf und
Verfügbarkeit von Daten zur quantitativen Bewertung der gesamtwirtschaftlichen Wirkungen des BEV erörtert.

Preparation, Expertise and Cooperation in a Workshop "Determining Public Value of the Federal Office of Metrology and Surveying"
In a workshop organised by Contrast EY and in cooperation with the Federal Office of Metrology and Surveying (BEV), different
methodological approaches for determining "public value" in the field of metrology are presented. In particular, the services
and benefits of the BEV are compared with different target dimensions and impact channels, and the needs and availability
of data for the quantitative assessment of the overall economic impacts of the BEV are discussed.
